The manuscript must follow the IEEE double-column standard format upto 6 pages.
Beyond six pages, Rs. 750 will be charged for each extra page.
The total number of pages should not exceed eight (including extra pages).
The format of the manuscript should be check by PDF eXpress as follows:

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.
